I’ve heard this for about the fifth time now but have yet to do any testing on my own but here it is.

They claim that by embedding the code from a YouTube video (related to your subject) into the web page, it will increase the ranking of that page.

They also claim that for an even stronger boost you can create and upload your own video into the web page.

I am wondering if anyone has tested this or if it just something going around the internet?
