I’ve been in the web design and development business for the last 8 years and I can honestly say that there are times when you run into problems with a client. In most cases we refund the money and leave it at that but there are clients that either want more than a refund or the refund is just too much of a stretch.

Then there was the lady who is still a customer of mine but when her email got over looked she went crazy posting stuff about my business online. The next day when I answered her email she apologized and tried to have the sites remove the information but they refused. They didn’t care rather it was a mistake or not.

The hope is that we find the bad review and pay them to remove it or for the competition that our clients find them and decide not to do business with us. Rather I am innocent or not is of no concern to these people.
