A Matter of Time & Convenience, LLC, is a full service association management and conference planning company. With over 25 years of conference, meeting, event planning and management. We specialize in all aspects of association management to complete conference, meeting and event planning such as, but not limited to dues and renewal management; bookkeeping; conference and membership; kits and materials; desktop and electronic publishing; hotel research; rate & food/beverage and Audio Visual negotiations; travel and transportation arrangements; consulting and support for professional meetings, conferences, seminars, training; event planning on and off site; on site support; creation of brochures, badges, certificates etc.

There truly is nothing we cannot do. If there is a task that is needed we will make it happen. We love a challenge and we are always looking for ways to save time, add convenience, do our job better and more efficiently so that “ Our time IS your convenience!” We pride ourselves on our flexibility and “tailor” making our services to fit our client’s individual needs.

Our clients are from all over the United States and their meetings are held nationally and internationally. Many of our clients have used us for years as their only full service conference and meeting planner. For the past 12 years we have grown our company strictly by “word of mouth.”
