When I tried to point out that he was incorrect he immediately said that I wasn’t going to be able to change his mind nor could he change mine. What an ignorant statement, I change my mind daily. But here is a guy that believes everyone is like himself and no matter what amount of common sense he’s shown, he’s not going to change his mind.

In my mind, this alone makes him an idiot. And I wouldn’t hire him to take training wheels off a tricycle, much less believe that he could be an expert in anything, including but not limited to CRE Loaded.
