We have over 20 blogs running in parallel to our website. We are open to feedback, discussions and conversations with people because we know and understand that this is the most important part of our business.
Conversations are the key that opens the doors to people’s minds and hearts. I honestly believe that more than anything else, marketing thrives on communication. You get to meet people, know them and find out what that want.
Popularity is not achieved by the number of people that you talk to every day you have to be one with the people, bond with them and most importantly listen to them.
You make your business a success from the conversations you have with people.
There is no such thing as a worthless conversation, provided you know what to listen for.
We should know in advance what people want and expect. The main reason we engage in conversations is to build trust.
Trust is one of the most underrated things in marketing. If people do not trust you, they will not believe anything you say and you will have a hard time convincing them otherwise.
The basis of any relationship is trust and trust has to be built on daily. You don’t want buyers you want permanent customers, so never break the trust.
