One thing I love is old retro looking websites and below are some examples of those types of
websites.

I hear a lot of people talking about how they want a web 2.0 website design. I believe that we are most likely on web 5.0 as web designs have changed significantly since the creation of the internet.

In the beginning we had a simple webpage that at best looked like a simple brochure, using a multi colored background and gaudy text effects. But as the internet has advanced the technology and designing of websites have become more complicated.

Websites have become more visually compelling and designers continue to try new things.

Below are designers that have stepped outside of the traditional look and feel of a normal web design.

Vector graphics is the use of geometrical primitives such as points, lines, curves, and shapes or polygon(s), which are all based on mathematical equations, to represent images in computer graphics.

Vector images are used by many designers today rather it is in print ads, flash animation and even web design because it gives awesome flexibility and they give a really cool look and feel.

“I have been designing websites for the last eight years and one of the hardest things for me to do and one of the things I enjoy the most is finding good websites that I can show my designers as an example of what I am looking for. Flash is out, it takes too long to load and it’s rare to run across one when searching online as well as a client that actually wants one.”

I’ve tried just about everything when looking for inspiring web designs including looking at other web designer’s portfolios.

I’ve even run across a couple web designers that were showing my work as their own.

Template Monster as well as some other good template sites often has inspiring web design templates that I often get ideas from. With the economy like it is it’s not rare to run across people wanting to save money on their web designs, so template sites are a good alternative to custom website designs.

There is a difference between people who are actually planning on making money with their website and people that are looking to get rich quick. Get rich quick people are the ones that have put very little thought into the purpose of their site and have very little money to spend on their site.

People looking to make money with their website have normally put a lot of thought into the idea for the site and have budgeted a certain amount of money to spend on the web design.

But either way, getting a good idea of what is out there and what someone’s capable of doing is very important. I believe that every web designer should spend at least an hour a day looking around and every customer should spend at least a day doing the same.

In other words, do a little research and find some websites online you really like as well as check out your competition and make sure that whatever you do you are better than the competition.
