More About Geeks on Steroids...

Geeks on Steroids has been building custom designed websites for over eight years. Geeks on Steroids has a staff of six people at this time and while it is a small staff it is the perfect size for us. If you are looking for a company that gives a home town feel then you are in the right place because we want every client to be our best friend.

Another Tit-Bit...

Geeks on Steroids did search engine optimization for a select group of clients several years ago but decided to get out of online marketing for other people and focus on our own sites. This year after many meeting and lots of talks we have decided to once again start offering search engine optimization.

Diseño Web

I will explain step by step all that is needed to market a website online and offline. I will also translate this site into Spanish. That way when I hire someone they will be able to go to this site and find out what I need them to do when marketing a website for a client.

Some people might say I am teaching the competition but I feel that knowledge is a small part of what it takes to make a living online.

There are lots of ways to make Money online but to differ from popular belief, none of them are easy. Another words…I can show you how to make money online but it isn’t going to be an easy road to travel.

I have put a good bit of thought into how I want to go about showing you the steps needed to make a living online. The easy way would be for me to sit back and make post after post telling you what you need to do to make it all work. If it did not work I could blame it all on you. That isn’t the way I want to do this.

I want to get my hands dirty and show you step by step what it takes to make a living online. I want to create a site and market that site online.

I am not going to just tell you how to make a living online, I am going to show you. The site I will be using to show you how to make a living online will be my Diseño Web site.

Web Design Colombia

I have been very happy in my little part of the world for the last six years. I have never attempted to sell any of my services her in Colombia and have made my total living online for that same amount of time. However, the internet world has started growing here and new web design companies have started springing up all around me. They have started doing things that I feel are not ethical.

1. They are charging way too much for web design work.

2. They are calling people that work for me and offering them jobs.

3. They are getting my people to build sites for them on their off time.

4. They have asked me for work, I gave them work to do and they took my deposit, never delivered the work and refuse to answer the phone when anyone from my office calls.
I am guessing they wanted to get my attention and they have gotten it. I am about to open my office doors to Colombia.

Geeksonsteroids scam

I was on the phone with a potential customer today when they told me they had done a search for www.geeksonsteroids.com scam and had found a bad report about us. On the good side they seem to be the first person to find the report.

I went to Rip Off Reports website and found the complaint. First, the person who filed the complaint called themselves Mr. R. I guess RipOffReports is not concerned with people having to give their information. I looked through ripoffreports scam of a website and found that they will not remove any information from their site even if they find out the information is incorrect.

Nice to know that the real scam is Rip Off Reports. At Geeks On Steroids if I find out information is incorrect I’ll remove it from my site.

How To Make Money Online

I’m going to show you how to make money online.

I’m going to use a new domain name, market the site while running a web design business and being 36 weeks pregnant and best of all I’m going to make the site make money in a 3rd world country. Where we can not accept credit cards online, PayPal will not allow us to open an account and it would take us 3 months to ship something to the U.S. And most people do not know how to use a computer, much less the Internet.

The site I’m going to use is http://www.dejatever.net/ and the domain name was bought on 26-Jul-07. That makes the domain name 10 days old.

I want to use the site to sell a product but because of the laws in this country the product will need to be sold here. I can’t ship merchandise out of the country and even if I could the time it would take to get the merchandise out of the country would be to long.

I need to design the site, set up a shopping cart, figure out what I’m going to sell, how to get the money and how to get the people to the site.

I’ve decided the best thing to do is set up a social media site that will allow people in Colombia to join and talk with one another. This will make it easer to keep people on the site and will allow them to purchase merchandise from the site. It will also help in building trust for the site. I am off to work on the design and will be back soon to post my next steps.

Keith Wellman

I really get tired of all these wannabes and their spam mail. Keith Wellman is another Erick Rockefeller. They are nothing more than low life affiliate marketing guys that send out spam email with a link that redirects from their site to another site so they can make a nickel for sending a potential client to the affiliate.

The spam really picks up on the weekend because they are not working their day job.
