I’ve seen a lot of people that write about building a sticky website design and I do understand the stupidity behind it. When I build a website I do not look for or try to build a sticky website design.

I want people to land on the page with the product they are looking for, click buy it now, purchase the product and go on their merry way. Another words, buy the product and don’t hang around just to be hanging around.

If I wanted to build a sticky website design I could make the text small and hard to read and cause the people to have to spend more time trying to figure out what it is I am selling or better yet hide the buy it now button.

If you have a really good product and you know people are going to want to purchase it make it really difficult for them to figure out how and this will make them stick around longer in turn making yourself a sticky website.
