I was brought up and raised that a handshake was all you needed however making a living in the Web design business requires a contract and then some. People call up and want a simple website design and will even show a couple examples but the second you agree to do it that one page simple website design it turns into a 200 page complicated website design.

Guess this is just my rant for the day but I am dealing with three of these types of customers at the moment and it is making for a really bad day.
