Basic knowledge of HTML coding and a sense of artistic design can enable anyone to produce a webpage and even a website. With cheap hosting solutions available anywhere, and individual or business can easily launch a web site or web page to serve their purpose.

But most websites produced this way do not produce the intended results. If you are a company that must project credibility, creativity and professionalism you need to look experienced and technically savvy not like an amateur.

Businesses should come across as credible and a crappy looking website would cause people to thank you have crappy products and services. In order to convey quality products or a quality service your website should show quality. Most people are going to place their judgment on the look and feel of your website and the experience they get when browsing through the site. First impressions do last and the only way people will ever check out and come back to a site is if it provides what they are looking for.

If you have an e-commerce company and you sell products and or services online your website should have products, check out capabilities, credit card processing and much more.

So while there are a lot of cheap ways to get a website online most people have found that these websites just do not work. And the sad part is that they judge the whole Internet by their websites incapability of converting a website visitor into a website customer.
