Las Vegas Marketing Firm
Well as faith would have it, it took me all of about 5 minutes to find a topic to write about. It seems no matter where I turn there always seems to be some YoYo trying to sale me and everyone one else on what they think is a competitive search term. Today the YoYo feels that the search term Las Vegas marketing firm is competitive.
While at the beginning he claimed that he could rank #1 for any term he wanted to rank for, when I checked he did not rank for Las Vegas marketing firm, yet claimed he did. None of the search terms he bragged about ranking for including Las Vegas marketing firm are well searched keywords.
Other words, ranking for all the search terms he listed might get me one customer a year, at best. I guess now would be a good time to link to my article on search engine optimization and once again state the fact that some search engine marketing companies are looking for a customer and not looking for a client.
Are you wondering what the difference in a customer and a client is?
A customer is a one time buyer and a client is a lifelong commitment. While Las Vegas Marketing Firm would be a good keyword phrase to add in with a list of about 1,000 others it’s not going to be much good with 3 or 4 other keywords.
It takes thousands and thousands of keywords to bring in the traffic needed to convert enough people to make a living. This guy or rather SEO company does not seem to understand that and those doing business with him are not getting the return on investment that they should be getting.

I’m sorry Janeth but I’d have to disagree with you here. Las Vegas marketing firm is a competitive keyword.
As a matter of fact every marketing firm in Las Vegas is trying to rank for it.
Your opinion is not invalid, but it’s worth noting that right now, this domain/post is ranked # 3 organically for the term. To me, that would suggest, along with the page count shown, that while it is surely a phrase a few people work hard for, it is not competitive at the level of many other terms. How hard + how many is perhaps more accurate, emphasis on the second since if it’s in the ten millions you can presume the first; this number is often reflected as the key in competitive analysis reports.
If Las Vegas Marketing Firm is a competitive search term then it took less than 10 minutes to put this post at #3.
Bwahahahahahahaha, I have to say this guys a hoot, even after proving him wrong, he still thinks it is competitive. I have to wonder if Greeneagle moved to lasvegas.
There are over 20 million relative searches for this term? Please advise how you as an individual company can question this term? Or are you stating you can find easier phrases?
